Cancellation

You may cancel Octev Pro at any time.

If you cancel:

• —your subscription will not renew for another billing period
• —no future recurring payment will be taken after the current paid period
• —your Pro access remains available until the end of your current paid billing period
• —your account then returns to Free

Refunds

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund a payment that has already been made.

Payments for the current subscription period are generally non-refundable once Pro access has been provided.

Refunds may still be considered where required by applicable law or in exceptional circumstances such as duplicate billing, an incorrect charge, or a genuine technical failure preventing access to the purchased service.

Payment disputes and refunds may also be handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record according to its own policies.

Abuse

Refund requests may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, bulk extraction of premium content, or deliberate misuse of the service.
