1. About these terms

These Terms govern your use of Octev Studio, Octev Prompts, your Octev account, and related services available through octev.studio.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Octev, you agree to these Terms.

2. Octev Prompts

Octev Prompts provides prompts and related materials intended to help users create websites, applications, interfaces, dashboards, banners, and other digital work using AI tools.

AI-generated results may vary depending on the AI model, platform, model version, settings, user edits, and input content.

A prompt does not guarantee an identical result every time.

3. Free and Pro access

Octev may offer Free access to selected prompts and Octev Pro as a recurring paid subscription providing access to premium prompts while the subscription remains eligible and active.

Features, pricing, and library size may change over time.

4. Subscription billing

Octev Pro is billed on a recurring basis according to the billing period displayed at checkout.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms also apply to purchases processed through its platform.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your Octev Pro subscription.

When you cancel:

• —future renewals stop
• —you are not charged for the next billing period
• —your Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for
• —after that period ends, your account returns to Free unless you subscribe again

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.

6. Using Octev prompts

You may use Octev prompts to help create personal projects, client projects, commercial websites, apps, interfaces, and other end products.

You may adapt and modify the prompts for your own work.

7. What you may not do

You may not:

• —resell Octev prompt text as your own product
• —redistribute premium prompts
• —publish or share the premium library
• —provide your account to others to bypass subscriptions
• —scrape or automatically extract the prompt library
• —systematically copy the library for redistribution
• —create a competing prompt database primarily from Octev content
• —attempt to bypass access controls or security systems

8. Fair use

Octev Pro is intended for genuine personal or professional use.

We may temporarily limit unusually rapid or clearly automated activity designed to bulk-extract the library.

Normal human use should not be affected.

Repeated abuse may result in temporary restriction or account review.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure, providing accurate information, and activity conducted through your account.

You should notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

10. Availability

We aim to keep Octev available and reliable, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Features may occasionally be updated, changed, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued.

11. Intellectual property

Octev branding, site design, original prompt content, written materials, and other original assets remain the property of Octev or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing Pro gives you access and usage rights under these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying Octev prompt library.

12. Third-party AI tools

Octev is independent from third-party AI tools unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Use of external AI platforms is subject to their own terms, pricing, privacy rules, and limitations.

Octev is not responsible for changes made by those providers.

13. Limitation of responsibility

Octev prompts and services are provided as tools to assist creative and technical work.

You remain responsible for reviewing generated output, accuracy, code, licensing, accessibility, security, compliance, and final production use.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms when Octev changes.

Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you agree to the revised Terms.
